Terms of Service

Last updated 25 August 2026

The short version: the free audit is free and comes with no promises. Paid plans re-run it on a schedule, can be cancelled at any time, and are refundable in full for 30 days, no reason needed. We measure what AI assistants say; we don’t control what they say.

Who we are, and who you buy from

Unmentioned (unmentioned.ai) is operated by Anton Vlasov. Contact: [email protected].

Paid subscriptions are not sold by us directly. They are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller: your purchase contract for the payment is with Paddle, Paddle issues the invoice, handles applicable sales taxes, and is the name that appears on your card statement. Paddle’s buyer terms govern that transaction. These terms govern your use of the software itself.

What the service does

Unmentioned generates the questions buyers ask AI assistants about a category, puts them to a set of AI engines, and reports whether a given brand is named in the answers and whether its website is cited as a source. It produces a score, a list of suggested changes, and the sources those answers draw on.

A free audit is a single measurement. Paid plans repeat the same measurement on a schedule and report what changed between runs.

What it does not do, and cannot promise

AI answers are generated by third parties we do not control, and they vary between identical runs — that variability is a property of the systems being measured, and a headline finding of this product rather than a defect in it. A report describes what those engines returned at the moment they were asked.

We therefore make no guarantee that following our suggestions will change how any AI assistant answers, improve a score, increase traffic, or produce revenue. Nobody can honestly guarantee that, and anyone who does is selling something else.

Reports include text produced by third-party AI engines, reproduced verbatim as evidence. We do not endorse it, verify it, or vouch for its accuracy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit domains you have no legitimate interest in auditing, at volume;
  • use automated means to run audits beyond the published rate limits, or to work around them;
  • resell, white-label or redistribute reports as your own product without our written agreement;
  • attempt to reach accounts, reports or systems that are not yours;
  • use the service to build a competing dataset by systematic extraction.

Report links are unguessable URLs. Anyone holding a link can open the report, so treat a link as you would treat the report itself.

Paid plans, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. Prices may change, but never for a period already paid for, and we will tell you before a change takes effect.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: a full refund within 30 days, no reason required.

Your content and ours

You keep every right you already have in your website and your brand. Running an audit gives us permission to fetch publicly available pages from the domain you submit, and to send the questions we generate to the AI engines we query, for the purpose of producing your report.

We keep the rights to the software, the scoring method and the site itself. Your reports are yours to use, quote and publish however you like.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Audits depend on third-party AI engines, and an engine that is rate-limited, out of quota or offline is reported as unavailable rather than silently omitted. If a scheduled scan fails, it is not recorded as a result — a gap in your history is more honest than a wrong number in it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes a statutory right you have as a consumer.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will say why. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and nothing in this paragraph deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
